Uniform and Tools

• Our field technicians arrive on-site dressed in Stark Construction uniforms for easy identification.

• Technicians carry basic hand tools with them to perform standard tasks efficiently.

    Note: Specialized power or specialty tools, except for drills and impacts, are to be provided by the customer.
 

Time Management

• Technicians clock in and out on-site; please note that drive time is not paid.

• Daily timesheets will be provided and must be approved by the customer's office staff or a dedicated supervisor.

• Approved timesheets should be returned to Stark Construction's office. Customers are encouraged to retain a copy for their records.
   

Skills and Expertise

• Our technicians are skilled in basic trades.

• Services requiring specialized certifications like HVAC, welding, etc., are available upon request and are billed at a higher rate.

 

Insurance

• Stark Construction provides Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance for all our field technicians.

 

Supervision and Responsibilities

• Supervision from Stark Construction is available upon request at an additional charge.

• The customer is responsible for providing materials, scopes of work, and on-site supervision.

 

Scheduling

• The customer will dictate start and stop times for all projects.

• Any overtime work is at the customer's discretion and will be billed accordingly.
